This role is responsible for ensuring financial accuracy, visibility, and operational readiness to support sustainable growth.Oversee and manage day-to-day accounting operations using QuickBooks OnlineReconcile financial data across EMR, banking platforms, andaccounting systemsEnsure accuracy of accounts receivable and accounts payable,including oversight of third-party billing or accounting vendorsAnalyze insurance-based and cash-based cases to determineprofitability by procedure and payerDevelop and maintain financial reports, dashboards, andsummaries for leadership decision-makingIdentify and resolve discrepancies between collections,payments, and reported revenueAssist in developing pricing estimates and financial modelswhere no formal chargemaster existsEstablish and document financial SOPs and workflowsSupport practice-wide operational SOP development, includingfront desk and administrative processesPartner with leadership to identify financial risks, inefficiencies,and growth opportunitiesPrepare the practice for scalability through improved financialstructure and controlsWhat You NeedStrong working knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysisProficiency with EMR/EHR financial modules, payment processors, online banking platforms, payroll systems, and workflow/documentation tools in addition to QuickBooksOnline, Excel, and Power BI.Ability to analyze financial data and translate it into actionable insightsComfortable working in multi-system environments (EMR, accounting software, bank platforms)Strong documentation and Financial Standard OperatingProcedure (SOP) - building skillsAbility to work independently and manage complex, evolving systems in a fast-moving, evolving environmentHigh attention to detail with strong organizational skillsNon Negotiable Requirements5+ years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, or financial operationsPrevious experience in healthcare, medical practices, or revenue cycle environments preferredExperience reconciling financial data across multiple systemsExperience supporting small to mid-sized businesses or professional practicesPrior involvement in scaling or stabilizing fast-growing organizations is a strong plus.About MicroSourcingWith over 9,000 professionals across 13 delivery centers, MicroSourcing is the pioneer and largest offshore provider of managed services in the Philippines.Our commitment to 100% YOUMicroSourcing firmly believes that our company's strength lies in our people's diversity and talent.
