Your responsibilities will include supporting key financial activities, offering valuable insights for decision-making, and contributing to the development of strategic plans in a dynamic and high-impact setting.What You’ll DoDrive monthly close: prepare journal entries, set accruals, and validate reconciliationsDeliver concise variance analysis and interpretation (vs. budget, forecast, prior year)Partner with operations to build data-driven narratives and forward-looking alignmentSubmit forecasts via Hyperion and lead rolling forecast updatesSupport monthly and quarterly business reviews with clear visuals and commentaryContribute to annual budgeting: scenario modeling and cross-functional alignmentSteward inventory: monitor excess & obsolete, audit cycle counts, support cost roll processesManage fixed assets: track CAPEX, book invoices, build assets, calculate depreciation, and forecast spendLead ad hoc analysis and financial modeling to guide business decisionsContinuously seek and implement process improvementsAct as backup to the Site Finance Lead when neededWhat We’re Looking ForMust-havesBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience5+ years in FP&A, financial analysis, or related rolesAdvanced Excel skills; experience with Hyperion or equivalent planning systemsComfort with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, or willingness to learn)Excellent command of English, both written and verbalStrong analytical thinking, curiosity, and problem-solvingAbility to manage competing priorities in a high-paced settingCollaborative approach and strong communication skillsNice To HavePrior exposure to inventory costing, CAPEX, and fixed assetsExperience in a manufacturing or high‑volume operations environmentWhy Join UsWork in an innovative, purposeful global companyHybrid work model and flexible scheduling to support work–life balanceCulture of support, development, and continuous learningAttractive benefits package, including health coverage, pension, holidays, and bike leaseClear growth paths and opportunities to expand your roleOur Commitment to InclusionWe believe diverse teams make better decisions.
