The RoleWe're looking for a seasoned Senior Finance Analyst to step into a pivotal four-month contract during a key reporting period. You will take ownership of complex portfolio analytics, valuations, budgeting, and forecasting while business partnering with stakeholders. Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver advanced portfolio analytics, valuations, and scenario modelling to support strategic decisions.Build and maintain valuation cash flowsPrepare clear, insightful reporting packs for internal and external stakeholders.Translate complex data into actionable insights for non-financial teams.Support rolling forecasts, budgets, and high-quality content for investor presentations and board papers.Collaborate with asset managers and finance teams to refine assumptions and ensure model accuracy.Respond to audit queriesProduce concise dashboards, management reports, and ad-hoc summaries that inform decision-making. Your Profile3-7+ years' experienceProperty experience desired but not essential.Qualified Accountant.Advanced financial modelling skills and strong Excel capability.Proven ability to produce concise analytical commentary and high-quality presentations.Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Ability to work independently under tight reporting timelines Apply TodayThis is a full-time role, 4 days based in Melbourne CBD (postcode 3000).
