Senior Finance & Business Controller📍 Copenhagen, Denmark | Full-timeA growing biosolutions company is looking for a commercially minded and analytically strong Senior Finance & Business Controller to join its team in Copenhagen.This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys combining hands-on financial control with forward-looking business insight, and who wants to help build a modern finance function in a scaling business.You will play a key role in financial planning, reporting, performance management, and business partnering across the company. Working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, you will help drive better decision-making through clear reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and actionable analysis.Key responsibilities include:Driving budgeting, forecasting, and rolling financial planningPreparing monthly management reporting, variance analysis, and KPI trackingSupporting leadership with financial modelling and scenario analysisPartnering with commercial, operational, and leadership teams to improve performanceMonitoring risks and opportunities across revenue, margin, cost base, and profitabilitySupporting closing processes, reporting accuracy, and financial controlsImproving finance processes, reporting routines, and system usageWe’re looking for someone with:3–7+ years of experience in finance controlling, business controlling, FP&A, or similarStrong skills in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial modellingExperience partnering with stakeholders outside financeStrong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP/reporting toolsA structured, analytical, and proactive working styleThe ability to translate financial data into clear recommendationsExperience from food, FMCG, manufacturing, biotech, biosolutions, or other operationally complex environments will be an advantage.This is a great opportunity to take on a broad finance role with strong visibility, real business impact, and close collaboration with senior leadership in an ambitious and growing company.Interested or know someone who could be a fit?
