Newly created roleLocation: Sydney CBD – Right above Gadigal StationHybrid working arrangementAbout The RoleWe are seeking a highly experienced and commercially minded Senior Finance Business Partner to provide strategic financial leadership and partner with our Superannuation business and Trustee entities. Internally you will be known as Manager, Superannuation Finance and play a critical role in enabling our internal teams to deliver exceptional services to our end clients by ensuring financial integrity, insight, and compliance with evolving regulatory requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesLead financial support for Superannuation and Trustee entities, including regulatory compliance (CPS 190 and CPS 515)Partner with Legal, Risk, and Member Office teams to assess and implement finance-related impacts of new superannuation legislationCoordinate with other Finance teams to develop 3-year financial plans aligned with Trustee business strategiesPrepare quarterly forecasts for Fund General Reserves and present insights to Trustee BoardsSupport monthly financial close processes, ensuring accurate revenue and expense reporting, and deliver insightful variance analysisContribute to ASX quarterly announcements, market releases, and full-year results presentationsProvide financial analysis and reporting for strategic initiatives, including business case development and benefits realisationSupport product remediation programs with financial insights and analysisBuild strong relationships across the business to ensure financial needs are met effectivelyCollaborate with Finance teams to deliver high-quality outcomes and support ad hoc analysis as requiredWhat You Will BringDegree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or CommerceCA or CPA qualification preferredExtensive experience in Financial Services, ideally with a superannuation focusProven experience leading regulatory change within FinanceStrong understanding of P&L management, FUMA, and financial performance driversExcellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skillsCommercially astute with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesHighly organised with a proactive approach to execution in dynamic environmentsExceptional communication and critical thinking skills, with the ability to influence across all levelsWhy Join Us?This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team where your expertise will directly shape the financial strategy and success of our Superannuation division.
