Lead financial modelling, reporting and create a single source of truth for enterprise data while supporting a key strategic area supporting our Transformation Programme and Digital and Technology teams.As a trusted advisor to senior leaders you will:Act as a strategic finance partner by delivering programme insights, challenging assumptions, and guiding decision-making across these portfolios Collaborate with programme and project managers to support resource planning, shape business cases, monitor financial performance, and ensure benefits are tracked and reported effectively Oversee FTE management including headcount planning, forecasting, and tracking Provide commercial insight and financial governance across technology vendor contracts Take ownership of month-end close activities including managing accruals, prepayments, inter-BU recharges, and reporting to ensure financial accuracy and transparency Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders in Technology and Transformation to influence outcomes and embed financial governanceBe part of a centre of excellence that connects finance and strategy, enabling meaningful change and measurable performance across the organisation.Ko tātou tēnei.
