Senior Finance Executive

Responsibilities:Support Sales team by checking incoming fund transfer from customersReconcile daily bank transaction, both cash payments and cards, to stores collectionHandle bank-related inquiries from sales team/banks/costumersMonitor chat group between bank and sales teamCheck and post stores sales ordersCheck, edit and post stores collectionsEnsure required journals are inputted correctly into the systemEnsure financial records are kept and filed properlyRequirements:At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/ Accounting or equivalent from a reputable UniversityHave 2-3 years experienceAbility to quickly adapt to changePlacement: Benda, Tangerang
