This position involves maintaining financial records, processing transactions, assisting with audits, preparing reports, and supporting month-end and year-end closings. The role requires a proactive individual capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.Handle daily financial transactions including data entry, reconciliations, and payments.Support month-end and year-end closing processes.Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports.Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.Provide financial insights and analysis to support business decisions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting-related issues.Required Qualifications & Experience3–4 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field.Part qualification in CA, ACCA, or CMA (preferred).Prior experience with year-end audits and month-end closures.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.What We OfferCompetitive remuneration package.Professional development and career growth opportunities.A supportive and inclusive work environment.
