Job Title: Senior Finance ManagerLocation: Gampaha (Onsite)Salary Range: LKR 450,000 – 550,000 (All Inclusive)About the RoleOur client, a leading blue-chip manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of the organization. The role involves managing key finance functions, including taxation, bank reconciliation, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in finance, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with senior management and external stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all financial operations, including tax management, financial reporting, and bank reconciliations.Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for the Board and senior management.Ensure tax compliance and timely submission of tax returns in accordance with local regulations.Liaise with internal and external auditors to ensure a smooth audit process.Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize resource allocation and enhance profitability.Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting processes to maintain financial stability.Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to guide senior management decisions.Ensure compliance with company financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.RequirementsA minimum of 6 years of experience in finance, with expertise in taxation, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.Proven experience managing finance functions and reporting directly to the Board or CEO.Strong knowledge of financial statements, tax compliance, financial controls, and regulatory requirements.Expertise in accounting functions such as reconciliations, financial analysis, tax reporting, and cash flow management.Experience in the manufacturing sector is highly desirable.Excellent communication and presentation skills for effective interaction with senior management and external stakeholders.Strong ability to develop and implement financial strategies in alignment with business goals.Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Chartered qualification is essential).
