Senior Finance Manager

Key Roles and ResponsibilitiesLead and develop a high-performing finance team at our Batam office, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.Oversee accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support informed business decisions.Ensure effective internal controls and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.Provide financial insights and recommendations to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.Manage cash flow forecasting, treasury operations, and banking relationships.Partner with department heads to support both operational and strategic goals.Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen accuracy and efficiency.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree or CPA is an advantage).Minimum 8–10 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, budgeting, and internal control systems.Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Strong leadership, communication, and team management abilities.Fluent in English (both written and spoken).High integrity, detail-oriented, and results-driven.Join us in making a real impact!
