Well, you might be just what we’re looking for!So, who are we?We are an SAP platinum partner and our clients’ trusted partner in ERP and business transformation, meaning you will work with our clients to solve the right problems and deliver the right outcomes by focusing on what’s important at every stage of your ERP/ business transformation.Our mantra is "Delivery Done Right," and we take pride in delivering exactly that.We do this by making you (future employee) shine – when our people shine, our customers shine.To join the amazing us, you must have:Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) including Planning, Data Modeling, and Story Building.Strong functional expertise in SAP FICO, with working knowledge of financial planning processes like demand planning, revenue forecasting, and inventory valuation.Experience integrating SAC with SAP BPC, BW/4HANA, S/4HANA Embedded Analytics, and SAP Fiori.Ability to design and deliver SAC dashboards, predictive analytics, and planning models aligned with business goals.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including conducting workshops, demos, and training sessions.Support and advisory role in Finance (FICO) across customer engagements, including presales and internal consulting.Happy to spend a couple of days a week working from our savvy office.What's it like day-to-day?Great question! Here’s a snapshot of what your day would look like at Lagom:Solution Design & DeliveryOversee the design, configuration, and deployment of SAC dashboards, planning models, and predictive analytics.Manage data integration and architecture within SAP Business Data Cloud.Ensure solutions meet business requirements, performance standards, and compliance needs.Stakeholder EngagementCollaborate with customers business units to understand data needs and deliver tailored solutions.Conduct workshops, demos, and training to drive adoption and self-service analytics.Act as a trusted advisor on data strategy and analytics capability.StrategyDefine and execute the data and analytics strategy aligned with business goals.Lead the development of SAC and Business Data Cloud solutions to support enterprise reporting, planning, and forecasting.Support, Presales & DemosProvide functional consulting services primarily in Finance (FICO) but also include other modules as appropriate. Provide support to other team members re FI/CO.
