Senior Financial Accountant (PLC)DublinArmont Recruitment are working with a well-established PLC based in Dublin who are hiring a Senior Financial Accountant to join their growing finance team. This role offers strong exposure across financial reporting, compliance and people management within a structured, supportive and high calibre environment.The position will suit a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with a minimum of 2+ years’ post-qualification experience, ideally Big 4 trained and experienced in a multinational or PLC environment.The RoleLead and support a small team of part and newly qualified accountants.Oversee preparation and review of monthly and annual financial statements.Complete P&L and balance sheet reviews with supporting analysis.Manage reconciliations and reporting across multiple entities and currencies.Liaise with internal teams and external auditors.Support month-end, quarter-end and audit processes.Assist in process improvements and finance projects.The CandidateQualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 2+ years’ PQEIdeally Big 4 trained with strong technical accounting knowledgeExperience working in a multinational environmentExposure to US GAAP and/or SOX an advantageStrong Excel skills; SAP experience is advantageousThe Rewards Salary range, €80,000 to €85,000 DOEBonusPension & healthcareHybrid workingFlexible working hoursParkingExcellent career progression opportunities
