Senior Financial Accountant

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant with 8–10 years of solid accounting experience, proficient in Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Tally, Xero, or similar accounting software. The ideal candidate will manage full-cycle accounting, cash flow, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting while ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.Key Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle accounting including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), general ledger (GL), journal entries, and bank reconciliations.Monitor and manage cash flow, forecast financial requirements, and optimize working capital.Maintain accurate financial statements, balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and management reports.Leverage Zoho Books for invoicing, expense tracking, ledger management, and financial reporting.Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, VAT/GST regulations, and local taxation laws.Assist in budgeting, variance analysis, and cost control initiatives.Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and internal/external stakeholders for smooth financial operations.Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and efficiency in accounting workflows.Provide financial analysis, KPI reports, and business insights to support management decision-making.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.8–10 years of hands-on accounting experience in corporate or accounting firm environments.Proficient in Zoho Books, Tally ERP, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software.Strong knowledge of cash flow management, budgeting, reconciliations, taxation, payroll, and statutory compliance.Familiarity with ERP systems, MIS reporting, cost accounting, and financial analysis.Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
