Role Description • Prepare and implement sales action plans.• Achieve the set individual targets.• Generate and qualify leads and maintain a customer database.• Assist in organizing housing loan campaigns and promotion activities.• Prepare and present periodic sales visit reports and call reports.• Actively participate in events organized by the bank to promote business. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skillsExperience in Sales and MarketingExcellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.Previous experience in the banking and finance industry is a plusAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team
