Senior Financial Analyst

The Sr Financial Analyst I is responsible for financial deliverables and analysis for the enterprise-wide One Ecolab project. This role will support One Ecolab initiatives and maintain strong financial and accounting controls.This role reports to the One Ecolab controller and is based in Buenos Aires.What You Will DoExecute One Ecolab accounting, forecasting, and planning activities for expense and capital expendituresManage all components of One Ecolab project cost, including internal and externalDevelop and maintain efficient processes and controlsDevelop and maintain tracking of One Ecolab financial and savings metrics for internal business partners; coordinate and deliver monthly reportingSupport program controller with insights and analysis for executive leadership materialsMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field5-7 years of accounting and/or financial analysisExperience in SAP, EPM, Excel and mining large datasetsAbility to drive change and standardize process and procedureProficiency in English (verbal and written)Preferred QualificationsStrong financial acumen with a background in accounting (US GAAP)Strong systems, analytical and organizational skillsSelf-motivated with ability to efficiently organize and prioritize competing prioritiesDemonstrated attention to detail and ability to develop, implement and interpret financial modelsStrong problem-solving and critical thinking skills in a fast-paced environmentAbility to navigate matrix organizations and varying stakeholdersPotential to grow beyond the current roleOur Commitment to a Culture of Inclusion & BelongingEcolab is committed to fair and equal treatment of associates and applicants and furthering the principles of Equal Opportunity to Employment.
