About the role: We are seeking a highly motivated Sr. Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in Private Equity, SaaS, or Tech startup environments, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced setting. You’ll play a critical role in forecasting, budgeting, and delivering strategic financial insights that support key business decisions.Location: Santa Clara, CADepartment: FinanceEmployment Type: Full-TimeMinimum Experience: ExperiencedCompensation: $120,000-$130,000 (OTE)Role & Responsibilities:Maintain and refine integrated financial models (P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow) to generate insights that guide forecasting, planning, and strategic decision-makingSupport cash flow forecasting and play a key role in both short- and long-term liquidity planning through data-driven insightsCollaborate with Accounting to maintain consistency between budgets, forecasts, and reported financialsFacilitate operating expense planning, forecasting, and variance analysis in partnership with cross-functional teamsLeverage NetSuite and other transactional systems for reporting, data extraction, and reconciliations that support FP&A deliverablesEnhance FP&A processes, reporting accuracy, and analytical frameworks through continuous improvement initiativesContribute to the evaluation, implementation, and optimization of FP&A tools and systemsLead ad hoc analyses to support strategic and operational initiativesFoster a collaborative, solutions-oriented team cultureQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field3-5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or Private Equity, ideally in SaaS, PE-backed, or other high-growth environmentsStrong proficiency in Excel (financial modeling, scenario analysis, and pivot tables)Hands-on experience with NetSuite; exposure to FP&A tools or system implementations a plusStrong understanding of SaaS metrics, forecasting, and financial modeling best practicesWorking knowledge of GAAP to ensure forecasts reconcile with reported resultsSelf-starter with strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex analyses into clear, actionable insights for stakeholdersWhy join us?Be part of a dynamic, high-growth tech company with an exciting future.Work in a collaborative and supportive environment that values innovation and employee experience.An opportunity to make a direct impact in shaping our financial strategy and insights that guide Eltropy’s growth.About Eltropy (www.eltropy.com)Eltropy is on a mission to disrupt the way people access financial services.
