Senior Financial Analyst

From building “CEO dashboards” to having a thoughtful liquidity plan, we offer guidance and help clients navigate through growth challenges.The Role: Senior Financial AnalystWe’re looking for an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis professional to work on buildingfinancial models, KPIs, forecasts, and operating budgets (annual, quarterly, monthly, weekly) formultiple clients.RESPONSIBILITIES● Build and maintain driver-based demand planning financial models and operatingmodels for clients, including 13-week cash flow and balance sheet.● Oversee and manage the creation and development of budgets.● Review and evaluate client KPIs established by leadership teams; build dashboards thattranslate insights into clear actions and owner accountability.● Perform variance and trend analysis for departmental expenses and strategic projects(including scenario/sensitivity analyses).● Ensure data accuracy in financial models, ensuring alignment and reconciliationbetween managerial analysis and accounting books.● Assist in the research, analysis, and compilation of data input to create appropriate dataset for business plans/cases to address corporate initiatives.● Prepare due diligence documentation (e.g. putting together credit packages for lendersor editing pitch decks).● Work closely with CFO and Controller internally to support client needs while managingmultiple stakeholders and deadlines in a multi-client environment.● Support ad-hoc reporting, projects and strategic initiatives.QUALIFICATIONS● 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in Management Consulting or InvestmentBanking. Multi-client or multi-stakeholder experience strongly preferred.● Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or asimilarly quantitative field (MBA/advanced degree a plus).● Strong analytical skills, including the ability to tackle complex problems with intellectualcuriosity and a strong desire to learn new concepts and industries.● Excellent communication skills, with the ability to synthesize insights from quantitativeand qualitative data and present them effectively to senior stakeholders.● Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and learning agility; evidence of ownership and biasto action in ambiguous problem spaces.● Firm grasp of accounting principles and GAAP.● Proactive, solutions-oriented and client-centric attitude.● Experience using QBO and Xero. Experience in NetSuite is a plus.● Advanced in: Excel, Google Sheets and Powerpoint.We are industry-agnostic; strength in first-principles thinking matters more than domainfamiliarity.This is 100% remote for anyone that is anywhere that allows them to be available during standard business hours-Central Time and/or Eastern Time Zones.
