Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A, Controlling, West)

This is a highly visible role where you will contribute to financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and the monthly accounting close, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and actionable insights for senior management.RESPONSIBILITIESFinancial Planning & Analysis (90%)Drive the budgeting and forecasting process, delivering accurate and insightful financial projections.Analyze variances and collaborate with business units to identify key drivers of performance.Build financial models to support strategic initiatives and evaluate potential investment or financing options.Monitor cash flow and prepare both short-term and long-term cash forecasts.Support KPI development and track financial performance, recommending improvements across P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.Reporting & Analytics (10%)Prepare management and statutory reports for internal and external stakeholders.Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that deliver actionable insights to senior management.Identify opportunities to automate reporting and enhance reporting efficiency using tools such as Power BI.REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA) or Chartered Accountant (MIA/ISCA) is preferred.Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience, ideally in Big 4 audit, management accounting, or similar roles.Strong expertise in financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (Power BI or equivalent).Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP is an advantage.To submit your application, please apply via this post or email your CV to MarkGabriel.Ong@hudson.sg.
