Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. This role is pivotal in delivering management reports, performing financial analysis and supporting budget and outlook planning cycles. The ideal candidate will also contribute to process improvements and optimisation of finance applications to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making. Key ResponsibilitiesManagement ReportingPrepare and deliver timely, accurate monthly, quarterly and adhoc management reports for Senior ManagementAnalyse variances and trends to provide actionable insights to senior leadershipAbility to communicate effectively complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholdersFinancial Planning and AnalysisSupport and prepare global budget and outlook exercises for the various business units to ensure timely and accurate submissionReview and validate submissions from Business Lines and Regions to ensure accuracy, identify and analyse variance against plan, maintain reporting templates and schedules to facilitate the review and submissionWork closely with Business Lines and Regional team, Group Finance Team (Financial Controlling, Treasury, Tax) and Functional Owners to understand and analyse financial performance for the Group.Process ImprovementIdentify inefficiencies in reporting and planning processes and ensure compliance with corporate policies and financial governance frameworkDrive automation and standardisation across financial workflowsCollaborate cross-functionally to implement best practicesFinance Applications OptimisationSupport enhancement and maintenance of financial applications to improve system functionality and user experienceDevelop and maintain financial models to support scenario analysis and decision-making, leverage data analytics tools to identify trends and opportunities for performance improvementTrain users and develop documentation for finance toolsRequirements Bachelor’s degree in accountancy or equivalentMinimum 3 years progressive experience in a commercial / audit environmentPrior experience in a role with a strong focus on financial analysis and reportingExperience in multinational or matrixed organization is a plusAttention to detail and the ability to identify trendExperience with IBM Controller and planning tools (e.g. Planning Analytics) highly preferredStrong proficiency in Microsoft office skills (excel, power point, power automate, power BI)Results-oriented and committed, able to multi-task, ability to work with dynamic information and manage competing deadlinesGood team player and can work independently, ability to collaborate with global team from different cultures and backgroundsProven track record in process improvement and system optimizationPossess strong communication and interpersonal skills
