In addition to our funds, NADG continues to partner with and invest alongside some of North America’s leading institutional investors and currently manages over $2 billion of institutional investor capital.NADG is tactical and opportunistic and operates three differentiated real estate strategies: NADG Retail, NADG Residential and NADG Mixed-Use.NADG has a team of over 250 professionals and an active presence in numerous markets across the United States and Canada.Please visit our website http://www.nadg.com for more information.Position: Senior Financial AnalystKey Responsibilities:Prepare sets of financial statements for both internal and external users, including related notesResponsible for initial preparation of financial reporting packages, and operational analysis for a portfolio of real estate investment fundsPrepare monthly working paper files and year-end audit working paper files within scheduled deadlinesAct as a key liaison for management requests for detailed information about Funds Maintain financial records for investment funds and development propertiesMonitor cashflow activities and prepare distribution analysisAssist in preparation of forecasts, and other projections Complete any other special projects for internal & external reporting purposes as requiredQualifications:At least 3 years of public accounting or related financial reporting and analysis experience CPA designation Experience with formal IFRS and/or US GAAP financial statements Real estate or investment company experience is preferred Experience in equity accounting and multiple entity consolidation preferredExcellent analytical, problem solving, and time management skills required Strong interpersonal and communication skills required Strong organization skills and detail oriented Individual must be motivated, deadline-oriented and work well with others Resourceful, able to solve problems and work independently Why join us?Entrepreneurial environment: the opportunity to work with directly with senior leadership on strategic initiatives with company reachCompetitive compensationComprehensive benefitsSupport with professional developmentTeam social eventsWe appreciate your interest in this role, however only qualified candidates will be contacted.
