Senior Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. This role is responsible for leading budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis efforts across the organization. The ideal candidate will also bring strong data acumen and experience with data visualization tools to enhance financial storytelling and decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Budgeting & Forecasting:Lead the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts in collaboration with department headsDevelop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and scenario analysisFinancial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):Deliver insightful monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportsAnalyze trends in revenue, expenses, and other key performance indicatorsPartner with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance and support business initiativesVariance Analysis:Conduct detailed variance analysis comparing actuals vs. budget/forecastIdentify drivers of performance and recommend corrective actionsFinancial Modeling:Build and maintain complex financial models for business cases, investment decisions, and strategic initiativesSupport M&A evaluations and ROI analysesData & Visualization:Leverage data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Looker) to present financial insights in a clear and compelling mannerCollaborate with data teams to ensure accuracy and consistency in financial data sourcesQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CFA preferred)5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate financeAdvanced proficiency in Excel and financial modelingExperience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and financial reporting toolsStrong experience with data visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or LookerExcellent communication and presentation skillsProven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Skills:SQL or other data querying experienceExposure to predictive analytics or machine learning in financial contextsExperience in a high-growth or technology-driven environment
