Drive quality assurance measures, fostering accuracy, consistency, and compliance with reporting standards. Inspire and lead a high-performance team, actively enhancing report design and format for impactful communication. Identify and implement automation strategies to boost efficiency. Stay abreast of reporting technologies, and integrating innovative tools. Engage with stakeholders to tailor solutions.Duties/Responsibilities:Take a lead role in the generation of routine and ad-hoc reports, aligning them strategically with organizational objectives.Implement and oversee quality assurance measures to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with reporting standards.Lead and inspire the team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.Drive initiatives to enhance the design, format, and visual appeal of reports, ensuring effective communication of key insights.Identify opportunities for automation in reporting processes, implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce manual efforts.Stay informed about reporting technologies and trends, integrating innovative tools to enhance reporting capabilities.Engage with key stakeholders to understand their reporting requirements and provide tailored solutions.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in FinanceMaster of Business Administration (MBA) in FinanceSkills Required: Presentation skill, Invoicing, Microsoft ExcelExperience Requirements2 to 3 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Software Company,BPO/ Data Entry Firm,Financial Technology (Fintech) StartupAdditional RequirementsOffice Timing - 02:00 PM till 11:00 PM.Joining - Immediately.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent Microsoft Excel skills with advanced features (Power Query, Power Pivot).SQL, Power BI/Tableau, Python, and VBA are plus.Strong presentation skills.Has experience in invoice processing.Job LocationDhaka (Kawran Bazar, Mohakhali)SalaryTk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)
