Senior Financial Control Accountant ( Budget,Costing,Forecast)

Participate in the preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts for the company and its departments.Perform detailed budget vs. actual variance analysis and provide insights to management.Analyze and report profitability, cost structures, and product/service margins to support strategic decisions.Contribute to ensuring accounting procedures and reporting are aligned with Group Accounting Standards and IFRS.Prepare, analyze, and deliver monthly management reporting packages (MIS), including commentary on variances and business drivers.Support month-end and year-end close processes, including costing allocations and reconciliations.Assist in preparing financial models and forecasts, ensuring data accuracy.Support scenario analysis and financial studies as needed for business initiatives.Liaise with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate reporting requirements.Recommend cost optimization initiatives and ensure proper tracking of financial KPIs.Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s or professional certification preferred: CPA, CMA, ACCA will be an asset).3+ years of experience in budgeting, forecasting, and costing, preferably in a multinational or large-scale company.Strong understanding in financial planning & analysis (FP&A) and management reporting.Solid knowledge of IFRS and group financial reporting.Proven ability to design and improve budgeting and forecasting models.
