Senior Financial Controller

On behalf of our client, Executas is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Financial Controller to take an active role in managing financial control processes, budget planning, and reporting activities. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with senior management and operational teams, contributing directly to the financial health and strategic growth of the organization.ResponsibilitiesPreparation and monitoring of annual budgets, forecasts, and KPIsConducting capital requirement analyses and managing cash flowComparative analysis of OPEX & CAPEX actuals versus budgets and previous periodsPreparation of IFRS-based financial reports and consolidated statementsCoordination with external auditors during audit and review processesPreparation of periodic and ad-hoc financial reports within tight deadlinesCollaboration with commercial and operational units to support decision-makingMonitoring and analysis of macroeconomic data and sector trends in Turkey and globallyQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field3–6 years of experience in financial control, auditing, reporting, and/or budgetingBig4 audit experience is required; additional budget/reporting experience in the real sector is highly preferredSolid knowledge of IFRS reporting and financial controllingProficiency in MS Office (especially advanced Excel); SAP knowledge is a plusExperience in budget planning is an assetStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to meet strict deadlinesFluency in written and spoken EnglishDynamic, proactive, team player with a hands-on approach.Application:Interested candidates are kindly requested to send their updated resumes and a cover letter to arya.andac@executas.com.tr.
