Senior Financial Controller/ Financial Manager – Telecom

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller/ Manager to oversee the end-to-end finance operations within a leading organization. The ideal candidate will ensure financial integrity, compliance with IFRS standards, and effective collaboration across departments and external auditors. This is a strategic role for a hands-on finance leader who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities including journal entries, reconciliations, and trial balance preparation.Supervise accounting operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to financial controls and company policies.Streamline financial closing procedures and enhance process automation to improve reporting timelines.Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements in compliance with IFRS and company standards.Ensure compliance with IFRS 15 and maintain robust accounting policies and procedures.Oversee internal controls and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.Coordinate with external auditors to ensure audit readiness and successful audit outcomes.Partner with cross-functional teams to support business planning, forecasting, and decision-making.Mentor and supervise junior finance staff, fostering continuous improvement and accountability.Collaborate with management on budgeting, cost control, and performance analysis.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).7–10 years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, or auditing roles.Professional certification such as CPA, SOCPA, CMA, or IFRS diploma.Proven experience in finance operations, financial reporting, and internal controls.Strong knowledge of IFRS standards, including IFRS 15.Prior experience in the telecommunications industry is mandatory.Bilingual (Arabic and English) with excellent communication and analytical skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or similar).ONLY CANDIDATES WITH THE REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE SHOULD APPLY TO THIS JOB!
