PositionSenior Financial Planning AnalystJob DescriptionWe are seeking an FP&A Analyst with 5 years of experience to drive financial planning, reporting, and key initiatives across our fast-growing European business unit. You will be in charge of monitoring the closing (bridge of variances vs. forecast, vs budget) as well as overseeing the monthly forecast and the annual budget for the regional headquarters. Additionally, you will be supporting the EMEA team in implementing procedures around a new pillar of ECS called Beyond Distribution. As strategy around this new business unit is being defined, you will support adhoc analysis,What will you do at Arrow? Produce monthly dashboards and performance reports for business leaders. Manage the full budget cycle and rolling forecasts. Improve reporting tools and processes to enhance accessibility and relevance of financial data. Support decision-making with a curious, analytical, and pedagogical approach. Monitor investments and operating costs at the European headquarters. Act as the primary finance contact for the EMEA department heads, helping them manage and optimize their budgets. Analyze budget variances and present insights to the management team.
