This senior leadership role provides analytical and commercial support to drive informed financial decision-making process and is a true business partner. You will also oversee the Treasury function including cash flow reporting and Treasury related compliance.Reporting into the Finance Director and managing a team of 5, in this role you will;Oversee all aspects of Financial Planning and Analysis function for the APAC Region including forecasting, business plan, and long-term strategic plan.Responsible and accountable for the Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statement for reporting of actuals, budget and forecast models.Partner with Executive and Senior Management team to develop focussed strategy and direction across the APAC business.Responsible for the reporting to the Executive Management Team on Financial results, KPI tracking and trend analysis.Work alongside the Finance Director with the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and associated schedules for Hertz Corporation and Hertz International.Responsible for all Treasury related compliance and cash flow planningResponsible for all external funding facilities (Banking and Financing) and intercompany loan management.Manage a team of three Financial Analysts and a Treasury Accountant, fostering collaboration and continuous developmentAbout You?To be successful in this position, our newest team member will have the following:Minimum 5 years in a senior analytical position, preferably in a global company or part of a large groupProven leadership capability in managing a teamProven track record in working to tight deadlines, analysing large and complex dataDemonstrated success in engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.Fluency in English (written and verbal)Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsExpert problem-solving and analytical skillsAbout the Offer?In return for your hard work and dedication, in addition to the company perks, you will be rewarded with:A competitive annual salary package Opportunities for career growth and development A supportive team environmentEmployee Benefits and a motivating company cultureAt Hertz we pledge to provide a safe and supportive work environment for everyone.
