Our client, a global, dynamic and innovative organization, is seeking a Senior Reporting Specialist to join its Finance team.This is a great opportunity for a qualified Accounting professional with strong HGB expertise to take responsibility for preparing statutory accounts and supporting international group reporting.The role offers exposure to both HGB and IFRS, providing a strong platform for professional development in a multinational environment.As Senior Reporting Specialist, you will play a key role in preparing and publishing financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and international standards.Key responsibilities of the Senior Reporting Specialist include:Preparing statutory financial statements under HGB and contributing to IFRS group reportingSupporting the month-end and year-end close processesEnsuring compliance with Accounting policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controlsLiaising with external auditors and local authorities during audits and reviewsAssisting with process improvements and supporting system-related enhancementsWorking closely with Finance colleagues and cross-functional teams to provide accurate reporting and analysisCandidate profile:Qualified Accountant with strong German GAAP (HGB) knowledge - IFRS exposure an advantageBackground in a Big 4 audit firm or equivalent professional environment5 years’ experience in Audit, Accounting, or Financial ReportingStrong technical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving mindsetFluent in German and EnglishIf you are interested in applying for this Senior Reporting Specialist role, please register your interest using the link below.
