If so, then FleetPartners might be the place for you!THE ROLE:We're seeking a motivated and experienced professional to support and guide our Fleet Services Team, while actively contributing to delivering outstanding service to our customers.In this role, you'll play a key part in the day-to-day operations of the Fleet Services function, which includes Fuel, Infringements, Registrations, and Toll management. Reporting to the Fleet Services Manager, you'll help set the standard for service delivery, drive continuous improvement, and foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment.What You'll Do: Support and oversee fleet services processes, including fuel cards, infringements, tolls, and related administration. Work alongside the team to ensure customer queries are resolved quickly and effectively. Serve as the first point of contact for team members on system or process issues, offering direction, guidance, and problem-solving support. Coach, mentor, and cross-train team members to enhance skills, engagement, and team capability. Identify opportunities to improve processes and systems to boost efficiency, compliance, and service quality. Assist the Fleet Services Manager with process documentation, communications, and broader operational support. This role is ideal for someone with experience in leadership, mentoring, or training, who enjoys both guiding a team and being hands-on in daily operations.ABOUT YOU:You're approachable, supportive, and thrive when helping others succeed.
