Every project is unique - and our team operates in a fast-paced, dynamic, and constantly evolving environment where adaptability and ownership are key to success.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst who can own the end-to-end FP&A process for event projects and act as a strategic business partner to the Director and C-suite. This is a hands-on role that requires agility in managing multiple requests, handling frequent changes, and building structure amid evolving business priorities. You will develop templates, streamline processes, and deliver insights that support both project execution and strategic decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end FP&A for event projects, including planning, forecasting, and financial analysis.Develop and enhance reporting templates to ensure consistent tracking of project performance.Partner closely with operations, sales, and management teams to gather insights and understand key project drivers.Perform variance and trend analysis, highlighting key risks and opportunities.Drive process improvement and reporting standardization across projects.Act as a trusted advisor to the Director and C-level executives, providing confident recommendations and challenging assumptions where needed.Adapt FP&A frameworks to fit the fast-moving and demanding nature of the event business.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CFA/CPA preferred.5+ years of FP&A or finance experience, ideally in a project-based or fast-paced multinational environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the skill to turn data into actionable insights.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, comfortable engaging with senior leaders.Hands-on, resourceful, and resilient, able to handle multiple priorities and frequent changes.Experience in creating financial templates and dashboards is a plus.
