The role sits within the CRH Americas FP&A team based in Atlanta, GA and offers an incredible learning and career development opportunity. The successful candidate will be tasked with various duties including management/financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting and strategic plans, data analytics, and ad-hoc analysis to support the CRH Americas leadership team. This role interacts regularly with the corporate parent and operating businesses with a focus on high-quality reporting and process improvement.Job LocationThis role is based at our Corporate office in the Perimeter area of Atlanta, GA – hybrid work schedule.Job ResponsibilitiesMonthly reporting and variance explanation as necessaryExecute flash and forecast reporting for CRH Americas leadershipWeekly Volume and Sales consolidation and reportingDevelop presentation materials for executive and board level meetingsGathering macro-economic data and synthesizing for internal consumptionPrepare Investor relations documentsCoordinate deep-dive analysis of operating company performance metricsIdentify and implement process improvement opportunities to increase productivityProvide insights and highlight trends in reporting informationDevelop and suggest new KPIs or reporting formats to improve reporting qualityEPM PBCS Implementation and Maintenance SupportData analytics / dashboard reporting; development and maintenanceConsolidation of five-year strategic plan financial projections and annual budget processBuild relationships with the finance teams in the operating companies and Group FinanceCapex reporting and supporting capital management initiatives.Process documentationMaintain professional demeanor at all times while representing the companyRegular and predictable attendance at assigned times is requiredAd hoc analysis as required for senior managementOther duties as directedJob RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics or related field.Expert proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel.Good proficiency with MS Word and OutlookExperience using Oracle Cloud EPM an advantageExperience in plant manufacturing finance and accounting a plus.Demonstrated ability to analyze and validate financial and performance dataDemonstrated ability to communicate financial information and trends in multiple formatsProven ability to manage workflows with multiple stakeholders in an effective mannerExperience with BI tools desirableWhat CRH Offers YouHighly competitive base payComprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programsGroup retirement savings programHealth and wellness programsAn inclusive culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotionAbout CRHCRH has a long and proud heritage.
