Tasks & Responsibilities:Lead the preparation and management of comprehensive monthly forecasts and annual budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and operational plans.Develop and iterate financial models to reflect changes in key business drivers, incorporating scenario and sensitivity analyses.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Accounting, Operations, HR, and Leadership to ensure accurate, timely financial planning and decision support.Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing actionable insights through ad-hoc profitability scenarios, cost-benefit analyses, and investment appraisals.Drive strategic initiatives through in-depth financial analysis and support decision-making across business units.Oversee the preparation and review of monthly reporting packs, management reports, and variance analysis against budget, forecasts, and prior-year actuals.Consolidate and analyze key business performance indicators (KPIs) and provide meaningful interpretation to support operational excellence.Prepare market and competitive analysis to highlight business risks, growth opportunities, and strategic priorities.Support the FP&A Director/Leadership in the preparation of weekly cash flow forecasts, participating in review meetings and scenario planning.Lead the development and monitoring of capital investment plans, revenue forecasts, and workforce planning, ensuring alignment with financial objectives.Champion continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function, identifying opportunities for automation, standardization, and efficiency.Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial documentation, models, and processes to support transparency and governance.  What We Offer YouWe believe you will love working at HALA!We have an inclusive and diverse culture that encourages innovation and flexibility in remote, in-office, and hybrid work setups.We offer highly competitive compensation packages, including the potential for shares.We prioritize personal development and offer regular training and an annual learning stipend to tackle new challenges and grow your career in a hyper-growth environment.Join a talented team of over 30 nationalities working in 7 countries and gain valuable experience in an exciting industry.We offer autonomy, mentoring, and challenging goals that create incredible opportunities for both you and the company.You will be given a lot of responsibility and trust. We believe that the best results come when the people responsible for a function are given the freedom to do what they think is best. If you think you have what it takes to join a remarkable team #apply_now
