Senior FP&A Manager

Cedar is searching for an experienced and commercially minded Senior FP&A Manager to join the Group FP&A Team for our global client. This is a high-impact role at the heart of the business, shaping strategic decisions, driving performance insights, and supporting key initiatives across the Group.You'll act as a trusted finance partner to senior leadership, lead major FP&A projects, and deliver robust financial analysis across a large, complex organisation. The role requires strong technical capability, exceptional communication skills, and the confidence to influence at Executive and Board level.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a strategic finance partner to divisional leadership, aligning performance insights with Group objectives.Lead the preparation of high-quality financial analysis and presentations for the CFO, Executive Committee, and Board.Develop and enhance reporting tools to deliver insightful analysis on performance, trends, and business drivers.Support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning through driver-based and scenario analysis.Provide analytical support for capital allocation and major business change initiatives.Drive continuous improvement across FP&A processes and systems.Candidate requirements Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) with 7-10 years PQE.A highly proficient F&A professional with proven experience in large, complex, or listed organisations.Strong background in financial modelling, forecasting, and performance analysis.Excellent communication and presentation skills, and able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills.This is an outstanding opportunity to play a key role within a dynamic Group FP&A team, influencing decisions at the highest level and helping shape the financial future of a leading organisation.
