We are a growing team of business experts in finance, accounting, data and technology ready to „WOW” the world with our expertise, passion and pride to be GREEN.We act on our values of Passion for consumers & customers, Courage to dream & pioneer, Care for people & planet, Enjoyment of Life, always focused on being ourselves: inclusive, diverse, and open for new challenges.Your Daily Tasks May Includeconducting thorough financial/business analysis to support decision-making, encompassing budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and trend analysispreparing initial drafts of presentations/financial analysis based on provided data, linking external data sources to ppt to ensure the quality of presented numbers, recognizing business patterns and therefore any non-standard deviations in presented data, performing initial root cause analysis on visible variances/changes by contacting respective business ownersoptimizing own performance to increase productivity, recommending changes of process standards and procedures, identifying areas for process/report standardizationensuring adequate and dedicated support to responsible business controllersupporting business control during business discussions by being an active part of relevant governancemonitoring controlling datasets by tracking activity, resolving problems, ensuring data consistency and recommending actionsdefining and coordinating preparation of relevant organization planning, budgeting and forecasting in line with local & global governance,validating accuracy of plan data and business information and reports by performing reconciliation and review of exceptionsunderstanding financial impact of changes to plan made by business control function and accordingly taking ownership of adjusting those in reporting toolsensuring processes and controls within own area of responsibility are designed and implemented in line with group and unit requirementsmaintaining proper audit trail and documentation, ensuring SOPs are prepared and updated, ensuring service delivery is within the agreed SLAs and KPIscooperating with FP&A business controller on analyses, planning and forecastingperforming any other task assigned by TL within the scope of functional responsibilities.You Are a Good Match If You Havebachelors or master’s degree in finance or accounting6+ years of relevant professional experience including minimum 5 years performing finance analysisexperience of working in service delivery model environmentexperience in working with BI systemsexperience in working with ppt (ThinkCell is nice to have)very good understanding of financial statement and accounting principles.You Are a Perfect Match If You Also HaveCIMA or ACCALSS certificatesability of translating finance messages to non-finance audiencecan work with checklists/in a structured way; performs standard checks on received dataperforming root-cause analysis on potential errors in large databaseshigh attention to detailpractical application of process understanding from the content and technical (IT) perspectivebusiness acumengood communication (verbal and e-mail), problem solving and analytical skills as well as proven ability to prioritize tasks and achieve objectivesability to work in fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple work assignments simultaneously and knowing how to balance getting thedetails right while still moving faststakeholder managementprocess improvement mindsetability to work independently.At HEINEKEN Kraków, we take integrity and ethical conduct seriously.
