Collaborate with teams and stakeholders across Linz and Europe to solve problems and drive decisions. What Will Help You SucceedSeveral years of experience in software development. Strong knowledge of front-end technologies, preferably TypeScript & React. Strong understanding of core Web APIs, HTML, and CSS. Focus on quality, performance, and clean architecture; experience with Playwright and Jest is a big plus. First experience and passion for leading and mentoring software engineers, guiding and supporting them through strong communication skills, empathy, and providing feedback. Experience working in agile teams, with a solid understanding of agile principles and team dynamics.
