Ltd Location: Sifal, Kathmandu Job Type: Full-timeAbout the Role We are seeking a Senior Frontend Developer (React Native + Next.js) who is passionate about building high-performance, scalable, and user-friendly web applications. In this role, you will take ownership of frontend development, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help shape applications that impact thousands of users. If you enjoy solving complex challenges, mentoring developers, and working with the latest technologies, this opportunity is for you!Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, optimize, and maintain applications using React 18+ and Next.js.Implement advanced rendering strategies (SSR, SSG, ISR, CSR) for performance and scalability.Build and maintain reusable UI components, hooks, and design systems with Tailwind CSS.Collaborate with backend engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver seamless experiences.Conduct code reviews, maintain coding standards, and guide junior developers.Ensure top-notch frontend performance (Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse, caching).Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests (Jest, RTL, Cypress/Playwright).Stay updated with modern frontend technologies and adopt best practices.Requirements (Must-Have Skills)4+ years of professional experience in frontend development.Strong expertise in React 18+ and Next.js (App Router & Pages Router).Hands-on experience with monorepo architecture (Turborepo/Nx).Expertise in Tailwind CSS for scalable UI systems.Experience with state management tools (React Query, Zustand, Redux Toolkit, or similar).Solid understanding of SSR, SSG, ISR, CSR rendering.Familiarity with authentication & authorization (JWT, OAuth).Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and modern package managers (pnpm/Yarn).Strong knowledge of frontend performance optimization.Experience with automated testing tools.Nice-to-Have SkillsExperience with Radix UI, ShadCN, Storybook.Knowledge of GraphQL.Familiarity with authentication & authorization (JWT, OAuth).Understanding of internationalization (i18n).Knowledge of Docker, Vercel, AWS.Soft SkillsStrong problem-solving and debugging skills.Excellent communication and teamwork across cross-functional teams.Ability to mentor and support junior developers.Ownership mindset with a focus on quality, scalability, and maintainability.Bonus PointsExperience building SaaS applications (multi-tenant architecture).Worked on large-scale, high-traffic applications.Contributions to open-source projects.Some exposure to backend technologies.What We OfferCompetitive salary.Opportunity to work with an enthusiastic team.Professional growth opportunities.Friendly and innovative work environment.Exposure to modern technologies and large-scale projects.How to Apply Interested candidates are encouraged to send their CV and portfolio/GitHub to: hire@brahmabytelab.com
