You’ll contribute across the entire product portfolio and support the team by providing technical guidance and stepping in wherever your expertise is needed.ResponsibilitiesYou will design, develop, debug, test, and enhance high-quality frontend features and integrations using JavaScript and TypeScript. Furthermore you will:Design and implement visually appealing, modular, and reusable UI components and libraries for end-user features.Collaborate closely with UX Designers, Product Managers, backend, and database developers to deliver great user experiences and ensure accessibility, and define REST API requirements for seamless integration.Apply modern security best practices and OWASP guidelines across all development activities.Continuously optimize frontend performance, responsiveness, and loading times.Promote engineering excellence by reviewing peers’ work, providing constructive feedback, and enforcing best practices.Ensure best practices across development, including CI/CD pipelines, code structure, testing strategies, and maintain high standards for code quality and performance.Support team growth by sharing knowledge, maintaining clear documentation, and mentor junior developers.Guide the technical execution of projects, ensuring alignment with product goals, scalability requirements, and timely delivery.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and plan major features, break down large projects into clear, actionable tasks, and translate business requirements into technical specifications.Take ownership of the technical direction for frontend development, drive architectural decisions, and act as the go-to person for technical guidance during planning, estimation, and reviews.Qualifications5+ years of experience in frontend development, including debugging, testing, and optimizing modern web applications.Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, with deep experience in React and state management libraries such as MobX.Solid understanding of frontend architecture, asynchronous programming patterns, and REST API integration.Proficient in Git or similar version control systems, and experienced with utility-first CSS frameworks like Tailwind.Strong knowledge of secure coding, authentication protocols (OIDC, JWT), and error handling.Good understanding of relational databases and frontend-backend interaction.Familiar with Agile methodologies and working in Agile/Scrum teams.Experience mentoring, reviewing code, and upholding high standards.Comfortable leading technical discussions, architectural decisions, and owning frontend initiatives.Good communication skills and a strong proficiency in written and spoken English.Preferably a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.Bonus Points If YouHave a full-stack background, working across both frontend and backend development.What You GetA generous work culture with free drinks and snacks, office massages, and more.Three days in-office (with remote work on Mondays and Fridays).An opportunity to shape your career growth while contributing to the company’s success.A dynamic position embracing "freedom under responsibility".If sales targets are met, all employees enjoy an annual destination trip.Other location-specific benefits.Our values at XensamRebelliousWe challenge the norm and act with initiative – always with responsibility.HumaneWe foster a caring, inclusive environment that values diversity and respects individuality.HarmonyWe value balance and create a supportive workplace where people thrive.As part of our recruitment process, we conduct background checks on final candidates to fulfill our commitments to customers and ensure a safe work environment.
