As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will take on a technical leadership role in one of Japan’s fastest-growing enterprise SaaS solutions.This is a highly technical position — you’ll be expected to shape architecture, guide the team, and elevate product quality and scalability. People management is handled by an Engineering Manager, allowing you to focus on engineering excellence and technical strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications using React and TypeScriptLead architectural discussions and make key technical decisionsSolve complex issues such as performance optimization and legacy code refactoringWrite efficient, scalable, and maintainable code following modern best practicesMentor and review code for junior engineersCollaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional stakeholdersStay current with emerging frontend and SaaS technologies and promote adoptionTech StackFrontend: React, TypeScript Backend: Python Cloud: AWS, GCP Containers: Docker, AWS Lambda Databases: MongoDB, AWS RDS, MySQL, DynamoDB, OpenSearch, RedisMust-Have:4+ years of frontend development experience with ReactExperience building enterprise SaaS applications2+ years of mentoring or technical leadership experienceHands-on experience with AWS or GCPSolid understanding of both SQL and NoSQL databasesNice-to-Have:Experience as an Engineering Manager or Tech LeadExperience with automated testing frameworksSalary : up to 15,000,000 JPY
