Senior Full Stack Developer (BigCommerce)

Phonetastic GSM, one of the leading B2B distributors of IT&C products in Romania, with partners across more than 35 countries, is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with proven experience in BigCommerce to take full technical ownership of our B2B platform.Our B2B platform is already live and functional (developed in collaboration with an external provider on BigCommerce), but we are now ready to move towards internal autonomy and a long-term technical strategy. This role involves leading the technical development of the platform, optimizing its performance, and creating new features tailored to the corporate environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze the current BigCommerce architecture and identify optimal development solutions;Manage and optimize integrations with ERP (Senior), CRM systems, and connected marketplaces;Develop new B2B functionalities (differentiated pricing, recurring orders, approval flows, etc.);Ensure ongoing maintenance, performance, stability, and SEO optimization;Build a technical roadmap aimed at reducing dependency on external developers;Collaborate directly with management and the commercial team to prioritize tasks and translate business needs into technical solutions.RequirementsAt least 5 years of full-stack web development experience;Strong hands-on experience with BigCommerce (Stencil, API, Headless, Webhooks);Solid knowledge of JavaScript (React / Vue), HTML5, CSS3, Node.js;Experience with REST/GraphQL APIs, Git, and databases;Deep understanding of B2B workflows and e-commerce architecture;Ability to work independently, think analytically, and deliver results efficiently.What We OfferPart-time collaboration under a service contract;Full technical autonomy in decision-making;Direct involvement in a strategic project at the core of the company;Transparent and open collaboration with the management board;Opportunity to build a sustainable internal IT infrastructure for the future.
