The company is building a next-generation platform that transforms how engineering teams design, collaborate, and manage complex technical workflows. This is an opportunity to join at an early stage, influence architectural decisions, shape engineering culture, and build a product from the ground up.If you’re passionate about elegant user experiences, ambitious technology, and solving complex product challenges end-to-end — this role offers a rare chance to make meaningful impact.🌟 What You’ll DoBuild and scale a customer-facing platform end-to-end, including complex UI/UX flows and backend architecture.Work with large-scale data, including interactive and 3D-rich user interfaces.Shape engineering direction as an early senior hire, influencing architecture, best practices, and engineering culture.Operate in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment with significant autonomy.Collaborate closely with a small group of highly talented engineers and product leaders.🔍 What We’re Looking For5+ years of full-stack hands-on development experience.Strong proficiency with Node.js, React, and TypeScript.Experience building complex user-facing systems at scale.Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud environments (AWS preferred).Ability to break down complex technical challenges into clear, actionable tasks.Strong product intuition and a mindset centered around user experience excellence.Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic startup environments.💡 Bonus ExperienceExperience with C#, Java, or Python on the backend.Hands-on with 3D or WebGL frameworks (Three.js or similar).Experience building collaborative, real-time applications (Figma-style).
