Read on.Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:Set the example for developers to follow in terms of ways of working, standards, and practicesEnthusiastic and positive team member with a self-directed and self-motivated attitudeExcellent collaboration skills Strong problem-solving skillsEffective time management to prioritise workloadStrong attention to detail with an ability to see the big pictureRigorous focus on delivering qualityExperience working in a fast-paced development team that follows agile development methodologyWhat do we need from youNow Let’s Talk About YouExcellent C# / .Net / .Net Core development skills4+ years experience writing software for key corporate applications, preferably retail systemsExcellent knowledge of Azure SQL and working with MS relational databasesKnowledge of other development frameworks/languages, eg JavascriptAble to work with Angular, Typescript, CSS and HTML5Modern development toolchain (VSTS/Azure DevOps/GIT etc) Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, preferably Azure.CI/CD development/deployment practices Good knowledge of developing web components that conform to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0Expert knowledge and understanding of RESTful web services Modern software design practicesSecure coding best practicesStrong development testing knowledge - Unit testing, test automationExperience working in Agile Development teamsJira & Confluence experienceThe benefits are good too!
