Role DescriptionTherefore, We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Developer to join the Decent Work Initiative Community. This role is fully remote. Working with our Tech Partner, you will drive the evolution of our technology stack by modernizing our frontend and backend systems, implementing innovative AI features, and ensuring our platforms remain at the cutting edge of property technology.Key ResponsibilitiesTransition the frontend from legacy Blade, jQuery, and Bootstrap CSS to a modern stack using Blade, Livewire, Alpine.js, and Tailwind CSS.Upgrade backend systems in line with industry best practices.Develop and integrate new AI functionalities as outlined in our strategic implementation guide (e.g., personalized property recommendations, intelligent price prediction, and AI-powered chatbots for lead qualification).Design, implement, and test new features across the entire platform.Ensure the code is clean, well-structured, and adheres to our core development principles, including SOLID and modern PHP practices.Work directly with the CEO in a rapid development environment.Manage tasks through ClickUp and collaborate via Slack and Zoom.Contribute to frequent releases while maintaining high development velocity and quality.Required Skills & ExperienceProven experience as a full-stack developer with a strong command of PHP 8.2+, Laravel 11.x, and PostgreSQL.Expertise in modern frontend technologies: Livewire, Alpine.js, Tailwind CSS.Familiarity with AI tools and the ability to integrate AI-driven features into web applications would be a plus.Strong adherence to SOLID principles, design patterns, and clean code practices.Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote, fast-paced environment.Excellent problem-solving skills and an active approach to leveraging AI in software development.The Technology StackBackend: PHP, Laravel, PostgreSQL, Redis, Laravel Vapor, Laravel Octane.
