Senior full-stack developer Next.js

Value Cambodia, a subsidiary of Value Consulting Group (France), is recruiting a Next.js Senior Full-Stack Developer to strengthen its team in Phnom Penh. Value is an IT consulting firm specializing in IT project management & IT services, delivering long-term, on-site assignments for companies across various industries around the world. Position details Full-time permanent position as a full-stack developer.  Gross annual compensation ranges from $27,500 to $30,000.  Seniority bonus: from $2,750 to $3,000 gross per year in two installments (june and december).  Bonus: from $2,750 to $3,000 gross per year, distributed monthly.  Monday to Friday workweek.  On-site presence required, no remote work.  Office located at Aquation Office Park (access to discounted gym, pool, and sports clubs) in Phnom Penh. Benefits Full IT equipment setup. International health insurance. 18 days of paid leave, in addition to public holidays. Required qualifications Minimum 7 years of professional experience following graduation.  Prior experience in leading or managing a development team.  Bilingual in English (spoken and written).  Minimum of 3 years of Next.js.  Minimum one experience in Google Cloud Platform.  Proficiency with AI powered editors.  Available within 1 month. Required qualities Excellent communication and client-facing skills. High standards for code quality and deliverables. Strong sense of rigor and attention to detail. Proven ability to work autonomously and demonstrate proactivity. Professional demeanor and team-oriented mindset. Recruitment process CV submission and screening, candidates are selected based on the required qualifications listed above. First video interview (45 minutes):15 minutes to discuss the candidate’s background and experience, 30 minutes to present Value and our operating model. Video interview with the president of Value (30 minutes) in order to align on vision, expectations, and motivation. Technical interview (1 hour): live coding session and discussion based on the technologies listed in the job description. Client interview: final interview with the end-client to validate interpersonal fit and project context. Hiring decision: the recruitment is finalized once the client confirms the project start date.
