Senior Full-Stack Developer (React, Node.js, ]AI/LLM)

We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer who can bring both technical excellence and leadership to help guide the team strategically. This is a UK-based, fully remote SaaS startup of 10 passionate team members (5 developers). With global clients including Financial Times and Vimeo, and our Seed investment round approaching, this is an exciting time to join our growing team.As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you’ll work closely with our CTO and development team to design, architect, and scale features across our SaaS platform. You’ll play a key role in mentoring developers, shaping engineering best practices, and contributing to high-impact technical decisions that drive Sendr’s product forward.This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, startup environment — where you can influence direction, lead by example, and have a tangible impact on product and culture.ResponsibilitiesLead the design, development, and maintenance of web applications using React and Node.js.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to mid-level developers and interns.Architect scalable backend systems and infrastructure on AWS (and Supabase SQL).Contribute to product strategy and collaborate cross-functionally with product and design teams.Integrate AI/LLM-based features into the platform to enhance automation and intelligence.Oversee code quality, perform code reviews, and promote engineering best practices.Help shape Sendr’s long-term technical roadmap and team structure.Requirements3+ years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Developer.Deep expertise in React, Node.js, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.Strong background with AWS cloud services (Lambda, EC2, S3, etc.).Proven experience mentoring developers or leading small engineering teams.Strong communicator with excellent collaboration and leadership mentality.Experience working with SaaS products and/or startup environments.Familiarity with Supabase SQL and AI/LLM technologies is a plus.Why Join Sendr.ioJoin a high-growth SaaS startup at an exciting, high-impact stage.Work remotely with a talented and collaborative global team.Build AI-powered products used by top-tier global companies.Opportunity to earn share options over time.Influence technical strategy and shape the future of Sendr’s platform.Apply- Please send us your resume at career@talentsathi.com.
