Senior Full-stack Engineer - Python/React

We are working with a leading digital innovation company looking for a talented Fullstack Engineer to join their team. You’ll work on cutting-edge applications and AI-driven solutions, collaborating with global teams in an agile environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain scalable web applications with FastAPI (backend) and React (frontend)Develop secure, efficient RESTful APIs and integrate them with modern UIsImplement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or Jenkins for automated build, test, and deploymentArchitect and optimize solutions on AWS (e.g., Secrets Manager, IAM, S3, Lambda, ECS/EKS)Apply infrastructure and security best practices, including credential managementWrite unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure quality and reliabilityCollaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver enterprise-grade solutionsMonitor, troubleshoot, and improve application performance across the stackStay current with advances in Python/FastAPI, React, and cloud-native architectureQualifications5+ years of professional full stack development experienceStrong skills in Python (FastAPI) and JavaScript/TypeScript (React)Solid understanding of cloud-native application design (preferably AWS)Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, Jenkins)Familiarity with Docker and container orchestration (Kubernetes, ECS, EKS)Proficiency with Git/GitHub workflows (branching, pull requests, reviews)Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, Redis)Strong problem-solving and debugging abilitiesExcellent communication and teamwork skillsNice to HaveKnowledge of infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation)Experience in enterprise security, compliance, or regulated environmentsExposure to observability tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana)Minimum Stamp 4 Visa On OfferSalary - Negotiable +10% bonus Leave: 25 days annual leave, 10 days sick leave + statutory leave entitlement + ROI public holidaysPension: 4.5% default or 6% enhanced matching contributionsInsurance: Life Assurance (4x basic salary), Income Protection (from 3 months), Private Medical Insurance, Business Travel Cover (within & outside Ireland)Development & Support: Personal and professional skills development, free financial planning reviews, and mental health support
