This role is perfect for someone who thrives in an agile environment, working across backend and frontend systems to build scalable, high-performance applications that support customer acquisition and internal tools.Job SummaryAs a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you'll be at the core of developing and enhancing insurance application workflows, customer-facing components, and third-party data integrations. You'll lead technical initiatives, collaborate cross-functionally, and ensure security and compliance standards are upheld. This is a hands-on role requiring deep experience with Java and React, as well as CI/CD best practices.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain full-stack solutions using Java (Spring Boot) and React.jsCreate and enhance automated build and deployment pipelinesWrite automated unit tests and participate in code reviewsTranslate business requirements into scalable tech solutionsTroubleshoot, document, and optimize existing componentsCollaborate with QA, product, and marketing teamsContribute to Agile ceremonies and sprint planningParticipate in out-of-hours support as neededQualifications And Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field6+ years of experience with Core Java, Spring Boot, REST, SOAP, and MicroservicesStrong experience with React.js, Redux (or similar), JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3Familiarity with build tools: Babel, Webpack, NPMExperience with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)Strong database knowledge (SQL, relational DBs)Familiar with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, MavenExperience working in Agile teamsStrong communication, problem-solving, and planning skillsBonus: Experience with Tomcat, Hibernate, JQuery, Jest, MockitoWhat we offer100% Remote Work: Enjoy the freedom to work from the location that helps you thrive.
