Senior Full Stack Engineer

We are looking to expand our team with someone who can bring fresh perspectives, advanced technical skills, and a passion for innovation. You will play a crucial role in driving forward our projects, enhancing our product offerings, and meeting the increasingly complex needs of our customers.Key challenges you will work on every day:Integrating the latest AI models into customer facing features and workflows at scaleSolving complex problems and transform them into business solutionsLeveraging your expertise in the current technology stack, which includes Python, MySQL, React, AWS, K8S and many moreWorking on various customer-facing features and deeply technical projects that will both contribute to our long-term successWorking in an agile environment with a strong focus on well-structured code, testing, and continuous integrationWorking closely with key stakeholders such as Product Managers, UX Designers and other development team membersTaking part in all stages of development: investigate product increments’ technical feasibility and suggest implementation options and follow development lifecycle until releasingDesign and build tools and frameworks to automate development, testing deployment, management and monitoring of the company’s services and productsGive a high level of attention to creating software and networking platforms free of faulty programming, design well-organized codePlan and scale distributed software and applications, applying synchronous and asynchronous design patterns, write code, and deliver with urgency and qualityTrack, document, and maintain software and network system functionality—both internally and externally, leveraging opportunities to improve engineering productivityRequirements:5+ years of experience with React and Python or comparable language (Java, Node.js) in developing, maintaining and deploying softwareSolid knowledge in cloud computing, especially AWSCapability to understand the codebase and drive assigned request to improve it, such as migrating it to modern frameworksExperience working in an agile development environment, preferably in a startup or dynamic tech companyInterest in AI technology and staying abreast of the latest trends and advancements in the field is advantageStrong English and Hungarian communication skillsWhat we offer on top of our competitive base salary:-Premium Health Insurance-SZÉP-card-L&D contribution-AYCM package-Employee equity program-Extra PTO-Home office support-Your lunch is on us when you are in the office-Fully stacked office snacksLocation: Budapest, XI.
