The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing in-house tools that support our Incident Command and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) teams. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong technical background and a passion for building reliable, scalable systems.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and enhance in-house tools that support Disaster Recovery, Incident Command, and SRE teamsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutionsEnsure application reliability and performance through testing, optimization, and troubleshootingStay updated with industry trends and participate in code reviews to continuously improve tools and processesRequirementsProven experience of over 3 years as a back-end or full-stack developer, with a focus on back-end development using Golang, Python, Kotlin, or Node.jsStrong understanding of web development technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, and JavaScript) is a plusFamiliarity with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP)Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker and Kubernetes)Knowledge of database systems (e.g., SQL and NoSQL)Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and teamwork skillsEnglish level of minimum B2 (Upper-Intermediate) for effective communicationNice to haveExperience working in a Disaster Recovery or SRE environmentFamiliarity with incident management principles and toolsUnderstanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelinesPrevious experience with ServiceNowExperience with frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js)We offerWe believe that the greatest strength of the company is its people.
