Senior Fullstack Engineer – Cplace Frontend Core (fixed-term contract)Bakson has partnered with cplace, a leading platform for next-generation project and portfolio management that enables flexible, hybrid, and collaborative ways of working.Cplace is looking for an experienced Senior Fullstack Engineer with a strong frontend focus to help shape and deliver innovative, user-centric applications that power the next generation of digital experiences.As a key member of their product development organization, you’ll combine deep expertise in frontend technologies with solid backend proficiency to architect, implement, and maintain high-quality, fullstack solutions. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring that products not only perform seamlessly but also deliver exceptional user experiences.Key responsbilitiesEnd-to-End Architecture: Design and implement complete fullstack solutions – from intuitive user interfaces to robust backend integrations – balancing frontend specialization with strong backend capability.Frontend Excellence: Drive innovation and quality across modern frontend technologies (Angular, Nx, PrimeNG, (S)CSS). Ensure top-tier standards for performance, accessibility and responsive design.Code Quality & Standards: Establish and maintain best practices through clean architecture, consistent coding standards, advanced code reviews, and comprehensive test coverage (Jest, Cypress).Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with stakeholders, product managers, and fellow engineers to translate ideas into impactful solutions. Communicate complex technical decisions clearly and effectively.Delivery & Ownership: Take full ownership of your work from design to delivery. Manage priorities efficiently, meet project milestones, and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.Strategic Contribution: Evaluate technical approaches based on business impact and ROI.
