The team focuses on modernising key applications related to contract management, calculations, funds, and settlements—systems used daily by thousands of end users.What you will doAnalyse business requirements and translate them into functional designs and IT solutionsDefine user flows, data models, and interfaces for life insurance applicationsCollaborate with developers (Cobol / SQL / .NET) and testing teams to ensure high-quality implementationSupport project managers and business stakeholders in defining scope, priorities, and planningFollow up on implementation, perform functional testing, and report on progress and qualityOccasionally review code or generate SQL queries to validate analysesYour profileAt least 10 years of experience as a Functional Analyst in an IT environmentA background as a developer (Cobol, SQL, .NET) is a strong advantageExperience in the insurance or financial sector, ideally in life insurance or pension systemsStrong analytical skills; capable of understanding complex codebases and translating them into clear business logicExcellent organizational and planning skills, able to manage several projects simultaneouslyStrong communication skills and the ability to bridge between business, IT, and testing teamsFluent in Dutch or French, with a good command of EnglishWould you like to contribute to the evolution of critical systems within the insurance world?Send your CV —we would be happy to share more details about the project and its context.
